I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in. Actually before I came to the unit I phoned and was dealt with a very helpful attitude.
Everyone was friendly, introduced themselves, smiled and spoke to me and explained everything that would happen.
I was given a lot of information on my injuries and the follow up I required and what to do if I was concerned about anything.
All in all a really positive experience.
